Description
The Digitus DN-81316 is a pluggable, parallel, optical QSFP28 transceiver with four channels for IEEE 802.3bm, 100GBASE SR4 applications, or 40-Gigabit Ethernet and InfiniBand FDR/EDR applications. The optical QSFP28 full duplex module provides 4 independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 26 Gbps for a total data rate of 104 Gbps over 70 meters when using the OM3 standard. These modules are designed for operation over multimode fiber optic systems with 850nm VCSEL laser array. A fiber optic flat cable with an MPO/MTPTM connector can be plugged into the QSFP module socket. QSFP28 SR4 transceivers have a higher port density and offer savings on total system costs.
